In short
- We collect what we need to run Traderly: your email, your account, your workspace settings, and technical data to keep it working.
- On the waitlist we also note the language you joined in and the link that brought you there. The survey is optional.
- We count visits to our public pages, and see how the workspace is used, without cookies and with nothing that names you. You can turn off the workspace part in your account menu.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
- You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time.
This summary helps you read the text below; the text below is what applies.
1. About this policy
This policy explains how Traderly, operated by an individual based in the State of Florida, United States (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit traderly.pro, join the waitlist or use the Traderly workspace (the “Service”). We are responsible for your personal information. To reach us about privacy, write to support@traderly.pro.
2. What we collect
What you give us
- Waitlist: your email address and, if you choose to answer, the survey: what you trade, how you trade and what you would like us to build. We also record the language of the page you joined from; where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source) and the name of the website that linked you, never the page; and, if you joined through someone’s invite link, whose link it was.
- Invite links: if you share your invite link, we count the people who join through it and show you that number on the device you joined from. We never show you who they are, and we never show them anything about you.
- Account: your name, email address and sign-in details. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider; we never see your password.
- Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details go to our payment processor, not to us.
- Messages: what you write to us, and our replies.
What you create in the workspace
Your layouts, linked windows, screens and filters, alerts and their history, chart drawings and settings, so they are there next time you sign in.
What is collected automatically
- Technical data: your browser sends your IP address, browser and device type and the requests it makes. Our hosting providers process them to deliver the Service, and we use your IP address briefly to limit abuse. Our own logs record technical events, with an account identifier where needed, not your IP address.
- Error reports: when something breaks, technical details of the error so we can fix it. They may include your account identifier, never your name or email.
- Visits: when you open our public pages (the home page, the waitlist, the guides and the market recaps), your browser tells us which page it is, its language, and the campaign tags and linking website described above. From the request we also note your country, your type of device, browser and operating system, and a visitor key. The key is computed from your IP address and browser with a secret that changes every day and is deleted after it, so it lets us count unique visitors within one day and cannot identify you after it. We do not store your IP address or your browser’s details, nothing is stored on your device for it, and no other company is involved. Browsers that identify as automated are not counted. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, your visit is only added to the daily totals.
- Product usage: when you use the workspace, we record what kind of action you take (for example, opening the app, adding a window, starting a replay or creating an alert), when, and your plan, under a pseudonymous key that is not your name, email or account ID. Never the symbols you chart or the contents of your screens and alerts. We look at it only in aggregate, never at one person, to improve the Service. You can turn it off at any time in your account menu, under Privacy.
Cookies and storage on your device
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. Your browser also keeps some workspace preferences in its own storage, on your device. We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
When you arrive through a tagged link, your browser keeps those tags on your device for up to 30 days, so we can credit the right source if you join; it also keeps your invite link, with the private key that shows how many people joined through it, and your language choice. They stay on your device and are sent to us only when you join, or, for the key, when you look at your count.
3. How we use it
- to provide the Service, keep your workspace and send the alerts you set up;
- to manage the waitlist, send your invitation and apply offers, such as the discount for answering the survey;
- to understand which links and languages bring people to the waitlist, and how many of the people they bring join, in aggregate, and to decide the order of invitations;
- to bill your subscription and send the emails your account needs;
- to decide what to build next, from survey answers and how the workspace is used, in aggregate;
- to see, as it happens, how many people visit our public pages, from which countries, links and kinds of device, and to spot automated traffic;
- to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated requests) and fix errors;
- to meet our legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Emails
If you join the waitlist, we email you about Traderly: your place on the list, your invitation and the launch. Account emails (such as sign-in codes and billing receipts) are part of the Service. Any other email we send will let you unsubscribe, and you can ask to leave the waitlist at any time.
6. How long we keep it
- Waitlist (including where you came from, your language and who invited you): until you are invited and for up to 12 months after the public launch, or until you ask us to remove you.
- Visits: each visit, without your IP address, for 90 days; after that only daily totals that identify nobody, which we keep.
- Product usage: 12 months, and deleted when you close your account or ask us to; turning it off stops new records.
- Account and workspace (including your alert history): while your account is open. When you close it or ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days, apart from what we must keep; copies in our backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Logs and error reports: up to 90 days.
7. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, restricted access and up-to-date systems. No service is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as the law requires, including within 30 days where Florida law applies.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to stop using it for a purpose, or to remove you from the waitlist. Write to support@traderly.pro from the email address involved. We may need to confirm it is you, and we answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR may give you further rights, including to complain to your data protection authority. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our contract with you to run the Service, on your consent for the optional survey, on our legitimate interests to secure and improve it, and on our legal obligations.
Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal is honoured as a request not to sell or share your information, which we never do; with it, or with Do Not Track, your visits to our public pages are only added to the daily totals. You can turn off product usage in your account menu, under Privacy.
9. Where your information is processed
Traderly is run from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there and wherever our service providers operate. These places may have different data protection laws from yours; we protect your information as this policy describes wherever it is.
10. Children
The Service is for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to support@traderly.pro and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top says when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it applies.
